Nick Peacock was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005 after receiving his law degree from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.

Nick is a past president of the Cherokee County Bar Association, current chairman of the District Two Grievance Committee of the State Bar of Texas, a director of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Church Leadership Council at First United Methodist Church Jacksonville. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the 2015 recipient of Lone Star Legal Aid's Most Litigated Cases Handled commendation.

Nick is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts in addition to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He has tried cases to juries across Texas and is a dedicated advocate for victims injured in car and truck wrecks, as well as those citizens accused of criminal offenses.

Nick lives in Jacksonville with his wife and daughters.
